New Build Design Services

Custom design of Spec Homes. Deliverables include Finishes Schedule, Mood Board by Room, Tile Layouts, Interior Detail Drawings, Electrical Plan Revision, Interior and Exterior Paint Selections. Additional Services available upon request, including working with buyers that purchase mid-build.

We will work with your buyers and walk them through the selection process. Allow us to do our part in helping your client have an seamless and remarkable building experience.

Color Consult

Are you looking for someone to tell you what colors you should or shouldn't consider using in your home to achieve your desired aesthetic? In this consult, we will spend 2 hours together and I will provide you with as much value and advise as I can. You will receive a list of recommended paint colors to use in your home as well as tips on how you can ensure you select the right colors while shopping for your space.

Designer For A Day

This services may be perfect for you if you have and idea of what you want, but need a bit of guidance. We will spend our time together over the course of one or two days. At the end of our time together you will have a well discussed plan on how you can achieve the look you are dreaming of, a number of finishes options, key things to look for when making selections, as well as a tip sheet.

Duration: 6 hours

3D Renderings

Are you like most people and need to actually see, in photo form, how everything will come together before we actually purchase or install? No problem! I've got the service for you. My team will will take your selections and create a 3D rendering of your space so you can see it all coming together.

Designer By Your Side

Want to be able to tell your friends YOU designed this space? Design by your side may be the perfect fit. With this service I will visit you in your home to understand your goals and vision, provide tips and resources, shop with you at local retail stores that match your aesthetic, and advise on install and styling of your purchases.

Looking for help purchasing furnishings and decor?

Do you need to spread your purchases out over a long period of time? Don't worry, I totally get it. We are all on a budget!

With this service, you will receive a customized shopping list curated just for you! You will have links to items you need to make your dream space come to life and you can purchase on your own directly from the supplier.

Don't worry, I wont leave you hanging when it comes time to arrange things if you still need assistance. I'm here for you. We can discuss all the in's-and-outs during a home visit.
